Perci is our tender-hearted Pisces with true grit. She’s the glue that keeps everything together behind the scenes. When she’s not behind the scenes, she’s showing houses or attending home inspections and offering clients thoughtful insights and a calming presence. She has eyes on everything and often brings a point of view that others haven't thought of yet.

Perci spent her childhood in Sacramento at the confluence of two rivers, much like Portland. Her art-punk teen years led her to San Francisco where she found a community of lifelong friends. She moved to Oregon in 1995 and quickly fell for the landscape, which rekindled her love of digging in the dirt, growing edibles and flowers.

She worked as a professional cook for nearly 20 years in places ranging from dive cafes to natural food kitchens to bakeries. Her time in the restaurant industry taught her the value of teamwork and that sharing food creates community. She can whip up a five-course meal and make it look effortless. Because of her love of the art of everything, Perci spent a few years working in the art department for a local Portland animation studio.

She’s worked with Reg and Teri as a broker and transaction coordinator for eight years. She’s been around the real estate business longer than that and has experienced the real estate industry from many perspectives. She learned the ins and outs of homeownership first-hand through the homes she’s purchased and renovated over the years. These remodel projects have run the gamut in size and scope, from DIY to major rehabs.

Her eye for design was sparked at an early age when she began helping her parents with home projects. Both her parents are tinkerers, so her DIY roots run deep. Perci is a creator. From fashion to art to music and even furniture building, she leaves her distinct mark on everything she creates.

When she’s not helping clients, she can be found working on home projects, gardening, swimming, or cooking something up in the kitchen. She’s had a deep passion for music her whole life and is always collecting songs from every era and all over the world. Ask her for her latest playlist!
